Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item (except items sold as is) in its original condition within 30 days of shipment for a refund or an exchange. 

You can Return for Credit or Refund
To return a jewelry item to CASSAL JEWELS, please contact our  Customer Service department.  They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process a return.  Please note, that shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.

Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is processed, your refund will be issued in just a few days.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.  Returns with no CASSAL JEWELS return code, or that are improperly packaged, uninsured, sent without signature confirmation, or do not have a tracking number will not be accepted.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

Cassal Jewels is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes charged at the border.
